Brief Answer:
No change in the condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the history and the reports you have given me here are my interpretations

1. There is no change in the situation, there is a persisting renal calculus causing obstruction
2. since there is an enlargement of the kidney due to the obstruction and also pain I suggest it to be seen by a urologist soon for intervention
3. I suggest a dj stent to be placed as soon as possible to avoid permanent damage to the kidneys. It is a small operation where they will place a stent in your kidneys to relieve the stress and obstruction
4. please get a ct scan done to know the extent of the obstruction and the damage

I hope I was of help, I am sure you will have many doubts please get back to me I will be happy to get back

regards

NCCT_KUB_03Apr.PDF attached is I believe CT scan report only as per my understanding.
Also I wanted to know in USG report attached (for 19 March) there was 18 mm calculus. Now in NCCT report there 10 mm calculus and 8.5 mm calculus separately. So, is the calculus broken into two pieces or the 18 mm calculus in the previous report had the same location as the later NCCT report

Hello

Thanks for getting back

NCCT could mean non contrast CT scan. It is a CT scan report.

Now to answer your question.

1. The stone has not broken down into two pieces, it is just that on ultrasound they could not identify the stone in the pelvicalyceal system, they have only noted that it is dilated.
2. The stone size when measured on an ultrasound is very subjective, what is more accurate is the one done on a CT scan. So we cannot compare the stone size taken between USG and CT.
3. There is no improvement in the the stone size.
