Brief Answer:
Back pain with fever

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

YOu have been experiencing back pain right lower side with associated nausea and vomiting/dry heaves. There are numerous things that could cause this. My first concern would be appendicitis. If you have a appendix that is turned backward can cause fever chills nausea vomiting and low back pain. Another cause could be a kidney or bladder infection. this would cause in addition to your current symptoms frequency urgency and burning or urination.

To help diagnose what this could be I would recommend that you be seen at an urgent care or ER today. They will need to run urine and blood tests and possibly imaging tests.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
