Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
According to your information, above clinical presentation may be due to following reasons like:
1) Endometriosis, 2) Interstitial cystitis or urinary tract infection, 3) Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, 4) Pelvic floor tension myalgia, 5) Vulvodynia (in case of sexually active) etc.
You need proper clinical examination and should undergo necessary investigation after consultation with your gynecologist. It helps to confirm the diagnosis.
Initial investigations include pelvic ultrasound scan, urine routine & culture test, vaginal swab test, complete blood count, hormone profile etc.
TREATMENT: Proper treatment can be started following diagnosis of the case. In the mean time, I suggest to take NSAIDs (Non-steroid anti inflammatory drugs) or painkiller like combined Diclofenac & Paracetamol. It should be taken with antacid like Ranitidine. Kindly, procure complete prescription from your doctor.
Maintain genital hygiene properly, avoid mental stress as much as possible by regular meditation, avoid unprotected sex, control body weight, drink plenty of water to flush out body toxin and use hot water bottle/ bag locally.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.
Regards,
Dr S Patra
