Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There can be many causes of severe pain in shoulder such as frozen shoulder, tendinitis, muscular pain and arthritis etc. Primary treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen but frozen shoulder require excercises. You need to provide some details about your pain. You need to go for clinical examination from Orthopedician and investigations such as x ray and if needed MRI of shoulder. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
