Question : My height is 157 cm and my weight is almost 73 kg , some time when i walk too much my leg toes are getting painful and my breath becomes too high and there is little pain in my stomach is happening ? can you suggest what should i do ? what is the correct treatment fro it?

First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

See after too much of walking some pain in toes or legs and some increase in breathing rate is normal . So I need to know whether it is the normal response that you are perceiving . So tell me after walking for how long you feel the pain ? And what is the intensity of the pain ? ( use a pain scale -- 0 points for no pain and 10 points for worst possible pain )

Also let me know whether only your breaths become high or is there any difficulty in breathing ?
