Brief Answer:
Genitourinary system conditions should be evaluated/excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Pain in testicle are related to lumbar vertebral column isn't an usually symptom, but in rare cases it may be one of the symptoms.

However, there is need first to exclude any male urogenital system condition that may cause your concerns such epidydimitis, prostatitis, or other infections of the male genitalia tract, since nerve block improved back pain, but didn't affect testicular pain.

For this purpose, there is need to consult an Urologist and being examined physically, with blood, urine tests about infection, genitourinary system ultrasound too.

If the urogenital examination fails to reveal any cause of testicular pain, then low lumbar column degenative disease remains the culprit.

Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
