Brief Answer:
You may be having nerve compression in back

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having nerve compression in back to disc herniation and it is causing pain with tingling and numbness. It can also be due to vitamin B 12 deficiency. I have following suggestion for you.
1.Get X ray of the spine to see if there is decrease in bone gap or any sign of lumbar spondylitis is present.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M one at night time.
3.Avoid forward banding, weight lifting, Driving for long hours.
4.Meet a physio and learn back muscle strengthening exercises.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks
