Question : Pain in the kidneys, especially the right kidney. Antibiotics is not helping. Gets worse when I am lying down in bed. Now I started to have low grade fever.

Hi
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen to know the status of Kidney. Pain in the region of Kidney associated with fever could be due to its infection.
Tha Antibiotic Clindamycin is used in Gram positive bacteria or anaerobic bacteria infection. It is not effective in kidney infection. Tetracycline has also minimal role in kidney infection.
Till you get an Ultrasound abdomen, you can take Antibiotic like Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily along with anti inflammatory tablet with Paracetamol.
