Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Pernium That Moves To The Penis

default
Posted on Mon, 30 Mar 2015
Question: So I have a pain in my pernium that will some times shoot up to the tip of my penis. It will make it tingle a little bit. I would say it is pain just more annoying than anything. I have taken a z-pak and on day 5 of doxy. Symptoms still there. No discharge, no pain when urinating, testicles not swollen. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. Is this a std. It hurts when I sit, cross my legs, or tense up the pernium.

Brief Answer:
prostatic, epididymitis and Utl are the possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query.
You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities. Are you married?
What about your urine examination result.
You may likely be suffering from prostatitis Due to STD or Non STD causes. A prostatic massage will confirm the same.
Urinary tract problem and epididymitis are other possibilities. Careful examination and investigations will reveal the cause.

No urine test done. Unprotected oral but protected sex but condom broke on side. Laying down and standing I can't feel the irration. It's not really painful just feels more bruised than anything from sitting for 10-11 hours a day.

Brief Answer:
uti unlikely. epididymitis or prostatitis possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Discomfort only during sitting position, UTI is unlikely. It may be due to either prostatitis or epididymitis. A careful examination either will rule out or confirm epididymitis. Prostatitis confirm by an anal examination. Local boils to be ruled out.
Consult your physician, he will cure you soon. Dr S Murugan
