Question : pain in upper thigh area with mild discomfort.. Throwing up.
Brief Answer:
Please have him evaluated for appendicitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
My guess for why your question didn't get taken up sooner is that this is an unususual combination of symptoms.
The thigh pain and vomiting may be unrelated. However, in appendicitis, pain can radiate down the right thigh and there can be vomiting. If the pain is in the right thigh, take him to the doctor for evaluation promptly.
If it is not the right thigh, less likely to be appendicitis, and the symptoms may be unrelated to each other in which case have him rest and keep up with fluids. But if the symptoms are getting progressively worse, do take him in for evaluation regardless.
