Brief Answer:
Weight reduction will help if overweight

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about pain.

Following is my reply:

1) Generally such pain persists if you have added more more weght after delivery.

2) Weight loss will help in reducing pain associated with delivery.

3) If you think pain is too much and is not letting you do routine daily work, you should consult an orthopedician and get examined to see if there is any injury ( which is unlikely).

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
