Question: When i have a erection it feels like its going to rip thru the skin.

if its doing it on the shaft then dry skin can be a problem. Using soap as a lubricant can cause the issues because soap drys out the skin. Use a good hand lotion on your penis or something like Eucerine and I think the problem will go away after a day

This is easy to answer if you are circumcised. If you are, it simply means the skin taken off left the original skin on your shaft not enough. if you are circumcised than you need to see a doctor about that.
