Question : Im having pain from the inside of left side all thw way up the leg to my plevix bad pain and Im on my period and having bad cramps on the left side

cramp and pain during periods can be common due to spasm and blood loss.
I will advise you to continue your medication till periods.
If symptoms persist after periods also then you will need to investigate further.
nerve compression in spine can lead to lower leg pain .
After clinical examination mri spine can be advised.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
