Brief Answer:
tricky

Detailed Answer:
abdominal pain can have a huge number of causes, many of them quite serious.
Signs of severity include but are not limited to:
1) how bad the pain is, obviously
2) if it is increasing or going away.
3) where it is... if it is obviously on the outside then that isn't all that serious. signs of internal pain are if moving the internal area gives the pain. Bouncing on one leg, lying down making it better, worse with moving bowel or bladder, worse on GYN exam are all signs of internal and more serious pain (you did mention one of these).
4) other stuff, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea especially enough to cause dehydration.
fever, chills, shaking chills, urinary or vaginal symptoms, pregnancy, black/red/bloody stools, throwing up blood.

It isn't the place for this service to diagnose or treat someone we are not around, but we can give general information that is likely to be useful.

Pain is internal, don't know if related to glandular problem under the jaw, a combination of so many meds, slept well from 6:30 when I got home last night straight through to this morning at 7:00. Still have a feeling of general weakness very minor nausea (more like I'm just not interested in eating).

It seemed to help a little when I quit taking the huge pills for glandular problem. Don't know if the large pills were steroids or antibiotics.

Brief Answer:
ok.......

Detailed Answer:
internal pain that is triggered by moving the abdomen would imply an abdominal inflammatory process. The other key factor is the curve of the disease, if the pain were slowly improving over the decades that would really NOT be an indication for an acute event requiring immediate attention.
Contrarily acute, serious, appendiicitis begins with a mediocre (INTERNAL) pain that is a bit worse with moving. Other bowel infections associated with antibiotic use (CLostridium Dificile) also begin like this (but have diarrhea mostly).
cannot say in your particular case.
