Brief Answer:
many reasons for pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I understand the issue and you have had two surgeries earlier. Also you had adhesions.
There are many reasons for this pain and most will need an examination for a diagnosis. I will explain a few common ones here.
As of now, the most likely reason for the pain may be the bladder spasm after urination as the bladder may be inflamed. Other reason may be pain due to acidity [especially if pain killers have been given]. Intestinal colic may also lead to similar pain and also muscle pain from the diaphragm that comes due to sudden change in position and sometimes the muscles are caught under the rib cage. Pain from lungs is also sharp and shooting but symptoms like cough or respiratory symptoms are there and you do not have them. So this is not likely.

If the pain was transient and has gone away now then bladder spasm or muscle pain from chest muscles is most likely and there is no need to worry for this. Check to see if it recurs after urination. If it does then antispasmodic drugs like hyoscine will help and can be taken after prescription. They will also work for intestinal colic and muscle pain.

If it is persistant then you will need to see your doctor and get examined for an exact cause and then proper treatment can be given.

Hope this satisfies your query.

I didnt think of spasms, makes sense. I just went to bathroom and happened again. Went to lay down on my back with the same kind pain but little bit more intense and feeling like cramp in my back. Feels better when I sit up.

Brief Answer:
more like urinary pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

This seems more like bladder or urinary pain. Hyoscine helps a lot in such pain. So please get it prescribed if possible. A single tablet will provide relief. Other drugs are drotavarine [ may not be available in some countries]. Also, drink plenty of water to flush out the bacteria. Do not eat spicy or sour or bitter food as they have acids that may make the urine acidic and intensify the pain.

Hope this helps you.

Feel free for any more queries.

Take care.
