                                    Brief Answer:
HHave you vomited? Any blood from mouth?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this sound you heard and all the pains you are going through right now. Reviewing your information, there are reasons to believe that this is caused by a muscle strain and not a tear. A tear would have produced more terrible symptoms and probably blood in the mouth.
Now, am recommending a pain medication such as Tylenol and rest. All would be okay as soon as the pain is addressed. Also, drink much water if you want to.
I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
