Question : I have a cluster of raised red bumps on my arm that is very painful. It appeared suddenly. At first it itched for a few hours, but now it just burns really bad.

Your symptoms are suggestive of that.
I would like to know whether you have developed any water filled lesions in the involved area?
If possible please upload a photograph of the involved area.
