Brief Answer:
Phimosis

Detailed Answer:
Thqank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain and discomfort from swelling of your foreskin. This is called phimosis ad sometimes cane be treated with antibiotics or anti-fungal medications. If that does not help then circumcision is an option. To be treated properly I would recommend that you see a urologist as they can better treat and followup with your problem.

IN summary
1. see urology
2. treat initially with oral antibiotics and anti-fungal medications
3. Circumcision as last resort
