Brief Answer:
These need examination if recent onset and more pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about fat nodules around stitch site.

Following is my reply:

1. Fat nodules what you are observing are areas of induration below the skin which happens due to healing process. This is quite normal phenomenon as long as they have not caused wound or discharge. Slight pain is also normal due to regeneration of nerves.

2. If you are observing these cysts to be of recent onset, and extremely painful, you need to get examined by your gynecologist to check if there is any secondary infection which is a rare possibility.

3. I saw the medicines that you have already tried. These are unlikely to help you.

4. This is not a cause of urine infection. Please get the fat nodules examined by your doctor as described above. No more medicines are required as you have tried all medicines used commonly.

Let me know if you have any more doubts.

Regards,

Dr. Soumya
