Question : I came back from Belize with what I think was a poisonous insect bite in my thigh. No swelling, but very painful. What sort of MD would I see to check this out? XXXX
Am I correct in assuming an immunologist is who I should see?
The pain is not spreading but it is acute on the outside of my left thigh. No swelling and barely any evidence of a bite or sting on my skin. I have had this condition for four days. My GP indicated that he thought it might be a muscle strain. I don't think so. XXXX
