Question : Hello - I am a healthy 46 year old male, had complete liver tests last month - all normal - have about three drinks per night - I exercise, don't smoke and am if normal weight. I had a very light - pale bowel movment this morning - floated and smelled - no other symptoms - should I be worried about my liver?

Well,pale stool is not just sign of low bilirubin in stool but also can be caused by certain types of diet, enterocolitis or not indicating anything specific. However, it would be advisable to repeat bilirubin and liver markers and do parasites stool analysis to rule out possible disorders.Wish you good health.

I had a bowel movemnt this afternoon that was the normal color brown - i tend ro have a lot of health anxieties - do you think i should be worried?
