Question: i'msuffering from peripheral nueropathy from my diabetes 2. Any ideas for relief/

Thanks for being in follow-up.

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have advised you as following-
1)Strict control of blood sugar
2)Continue Duloxetine with doses adjusted according to response.
3)Tab pregabalin 75 mg once a day for initial few days,then increased to twice a day.
4)Cyanocobalamin 1500 mcg per day.
5)If no response to duloxetine and pregabalin,then amitriptyline 10 mg per day at bedtime, may be started,if no contraindications.

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.
