Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar from Health Care Magic and I'll help you right now with this problem. I have examined your question thoroughly and being your personal doctor, will attend to all your medical needs.

You have mentioned that you feel a painless bloating in your stomach.
You have said that you take these two medications. "Montair-LC" and "Maxiflo".
You have also spoken about having asthma.

Please understand this: Bloating occurs in the abdomen, due to increase in H+ ions. The reasons can be different problems, the commonest of which is acidity.

I would advise you to take a simple medicine called as Pantoprazole, also popularly available as "PAN" tablets. I'd ask you to take this tablet once a day for a period of exactly a month. You'll feel quick relief though, and after a month, we are looking at no need to continue the "PAN" tablets.

May I ask you a few questions?

1. Do you have any problems with bowel movements? Frequent? Alternating
between loose motions and constipation? Feel the call of nature after meals?
2. Do you have any issues with increased flatulence and gas?
3. Any nausea? (Feeling like you might vomit)
4. Any recent changes in appetite?
5. Any recent changes in the type of food consumed?

I'm looking forward to your answers.
We can work a good long term treatment plan.

Most sincerely,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Answer to your questions:
1. No problem with bowel movements. A month earlier I used to constipation. Sometimes I do feel nature's call after lunch.
2. It's really gets uncomfortable sometimes. I am unable to focus on any anything until gas is released.
3. No vomiting like feelings.
4. I used to snack on food items all day. But since last 2-3 months, I take only 3 meals. However, I have increased the intake of water.
5. I have reduced consumption of outside food. I have introduced wholegrain bread and honey and peanut butter in the diet.

Brief Answer:
One CINTODAC capsule a day will make you feel very healthy. 100%.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!

I really apologize for the delay.
Thanks for your patience.

I would like to appreciate the detailed answers you have provided to some important questions that I have asked you.

I strongly feel that the medicine called pantoprazole sold in the drug stores as PAN tablets will totally solve your stomach problem.

Now, I want to throroughly cure you from a long term perspective.

I will ask you to take this medicine combination, CINTODAC (capsules)

CINTODAC is a combination medicine that contains both PAN and another medicine that is very good for all such issues. You just need to take 1 CINTODAC capsule in the morning with breakfast, so that you can get the double benefit.

Note that some doctors may tell you that you must undergo investigations like Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. They may be right from a textbook point of view.
These investigations are done in the operation theatre, and are expensive and
tension provoking to most people. And they are not necessary from a practical point of view. So just tell such doctors that you might want to undergo these investigations later, after one or two months. It is not necessary right now.

Please take CINTODAC capsules once a day fro 28 days (4 weeks), later if you wish you can undergo any investigations, if you so wish.

I am 100% sure that you will soon feel superb and very healthy.

Feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
