Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,
I read your question and understand your concern.
I will need some more information to create a more thorough idea of your problem.
Can you describe the location of the pressure, the intensity, if it irradiates, what makes it worse or better, do you wake up with it in the morning, is it all day there, or appears in particular periods of time, is it getting worse then the beginning, the same or better, any other problem you suffer from or have suffered?
Please kindly give me as much information as possible, and I will be happy to answer a most accurate opinion.
Looking forward to your follow-up question.
Take care,

Most probably because of anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up question.
The fact that it gets better with xanax is a very good sign. Means that is not a neurological symptom who would not get better with xanax if that was the case. So Im not suspecting for a mass in the brain.
It may most probably come from anxiety, or the temporomandibular joint.
I would continue to use xanax for 10 days XXXXXXX then if not better or worse, then consider seeing your anxiety doctor who may give you a maintaining therapy for anxiety.
Hope this is helpful. Let me know if I can help you more.
Take care
