No kind of stress or anything when tryng to have bowel movement..

I get cramps only sometimes in the evening...before i go to toilet...at around 5pm before i leave work....and it continues till i go to toilet and try to pass some stool...and if i succeed then it becomes bit better but sometimes the cramps last because i usualy cant get all of it out...i have to go to toilet in the evining watver the case...if i miss it then i get cramps sometimes heartburn and cant even feel hungry....
The stool is normal...not liquid or in pieces...it becomes liquid only after taking the fiber supplement i was given and the relaxer...thats what softens the stool...otherwise its normal

No food actually helps me have the sensation...whatever i eat...it doesnr change my urge....the problem is it isnt coming out all of it at once...i get out a bit...the rest is blocked or i dont knw wt...even any force doesnt help....and any medicine just softens the stool ...and it comes out fast...but not whole of it...

I experience bloating sometimes..very rarely
The urge is there after 30 minutes or so of me gling to toilet..because the one left i feel like going to get it out again after 30 mins
Burping and passing out gas is sometime in the evining when i am not able to get it out at all
Constipation is consistently there...
Abdominal pains as i said in the evenings

And i get heartburns sometimes next day after eating somewhere out like in a hotel...heartburn is rare witn home foo

Brief Answer:
I do suspect an abnormality of the large intestine

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you so much for that information.

I was asking if you get the abdominal cramping or urge to want to pass your bowels when you are stressed, not if you stress while passing your bowels?

All other questions provide me with more clarity on your situation, and I strongly suspect a condition of the colon (large intestine), but cannot narrow it down to the exact cause. But a few of the possibilities include: inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulosis, etc.

I would recommend a colonoscopy examination to be conducted when you are experiencing your symptoms (which is anytime now). Please do consult a hospital and fix an appointment for the same so that we can narrow down or even find the exact cause for your presentation, I am sure this investigation will provide us with some concrete answers.

Please also do not hesitate to keep in touch with me or to write to me with any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

No..stress doesnt cause any of those...and the cramps i get them usually at the evening when no hospitals or tests may be done....as u saying i be examined when i am feeling the cramps.....
And the doctor gave me fiber and skilax dropper
But it makes the situation sometimes bit worse...it isnt still coming out at once..instead the relaxer just softens the stool and i have to go even more times

Brief Answer:
Yes stool softeners can do that in a few colon conditions

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again :)

Yes, stool softeners do worsen the situation with the conditions I am suspecting.

As for the colonoscopy, I meant you should get it done the day you are experiencing your symptoms. Like if you experienced it last evening, you can get the colonoscopy conducted within the next 24 hours.

A colonoscopy gives us a more in depth view and idea of what is happening inside, and if there is any inflmmation, or any internal causes for the presentation you are experiencing.

Best wishes sir.
