Suggest Remedy For Persistent Dizziness, Fatigue And Body Ache

default
Posted on Tue, 17 Nov 2015
Question: I've been having symptoms for a while now. Symptoms include, dizziness, extreme fatigue, extreme brain fog, weakness, aches, absolutely no energy. Sometimes my toes and noes goes numb also. During this time I'm incredibly irritable, although, I think that's because of the fatigue. This has been happening for so long and now is affecting my life greatly.

The lab work I got done was a very thorough one. Only two things came back flagged. My platelets came back at 402. The lab standards for platelets is marked at 150-400, so it's not horribly over.
My RDW came back at 15.2, and lab standards are 11.5-14.5

Is this what's making me feel this way? Could this indicate an underlying condition?

Brief answer....explained below
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Considering your symptoms and a slight high RDW I would advise you to get following investigations done....
Iron studies
FOLIC acid and VT B12 estimation
VIT D and calcium estimation
Thyroid function tests
Blood sugar fasting and PP
These studies should shed light on your basic cause of your symptoms because deficiency of any of these can cause your symptoms.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
