Question: I am a 35 year old 125 lb female I have always had health issues nothing major though. mostly fatigue and wide spread pain high blood pressure mostly do to bad diet. the last couple of months my body can't seem to regulate its temperature my hands are shaky my joints ake my head hurts I'm more tierd and have wide spread slight pain in my chest my mind seems fogy and can't remember simple words to talk. could this be something serious

Welcome to HCM. Please note that this could be hypothyroidism. You will need to be checked for that and also diabetes, as the two autoimmune diseases can co-exist.
