Brief Answer:
Take pain killers as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Alacrte,
You are probably having migraine like headache.
You can take pain killers like Naproxen with domperidone twice daily for 3 days.
You can also take rest, proper sleep and timely food. The migraine headache usually improves in less than 72 hours.
If headache persists and severity maintained or any other additional features then you should visit a neurologist for detailed examination.
Hope you recover early.
Wishing you good health.
