For intractable hiccups I advise following to my patients which I found very useful in my patients:
1. Tablet baclofen to be taken thrice a day or extended release once in a day like 30mg od
2. Tab chlorpromazine is very useful in intractable hiccups when no other medicines work to be taken 25 mg thrice a days
3. Avoid spicy food
4. Get some blood tests like creatinine and blood urea

Discuss with your doctor regardin g these medicines and get the prescription
