Question : I have 4 or 5 itchy bumps on my foot. Very itchy for several weeks. Had one on my hand that took a very long time to stop itching. Now a brown scar. What could it be?

Brief Answer:
Could be due to a fungal infection. Likely to have an allergic componet too

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query as well as the attached image. It seems that they could be due to an allergic reaction. Taking some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for a few days should be helpful. There can be a component of fungal infection associated alongside and application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically should help.

Another thing that I need to know is whethre there is any hardening. If hardening is present, it would indicate a corn or callus formation. In such a case you would need to use soft padded shoes.

Hope that helps.
