Brief Answer:
Acute Urticaria; Oral cetrizine 10 mg tablets and calamine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through you query and I have also reviewed the Image.

You seem to have Urticaria/ Hives which may present as itchy wheals/ welts at various body sites.
These wheals are evanescent i.e they disappear after a few hours only to reappear later at same to different body sites.
Most common cause of acute urticaria is an allergic reaction to food, food preservatives, drugs etc.
Urticaria may also happen as a hypersensitivity reaction to viral cold/ flu, alcohol intake etc.
I suggest you to take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening for a few days. Topically you may apply a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion.

Regards
