Brief Answer:
it's a coincidence

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

there is no link between cookies consumption and cold. The common cold is a viral disease. It is transmitted inhaling infected droplets coming out of the mouth or nose of infected individuals or by hand contact with an infected individual and touching the nose, eyes or mouth afterwards.

Washing your hands, avoiding putting your hands close to your nose, mouth or eyes before washing them and enjoying the fresh air helps to reduce the incidence of common cold.

Kind Regards!
