Following answeres to your queries...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to have tachycardia over 10 years now, which increase the risk for future cardiovascular complications and you should worry about that.

The tachycardia in your case may be related to the following causes:
- Untrained people (people with sedentary life style)
- Excessive use of cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, energy drinks or drugs
- Anemia
- Cardiac issues (especially heart failure)
- Hormonal disorders (especially hyperthyrosis)
- Stress and anxiety disorders

This is why I would like to recommend the following examinations to find out what is causing tachycardia:
- Blood work
- Hormone levels (including thyroid hormones levels)
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring

Meantime, I would like to suggest the following measures to stabilize your HR:
- Increase physical activity
- Reduce alcohol and coffee intake
- Quit smoking
- Avoid unnecessary stress
- Add Magnesium supplements

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
