Question : Hello Doctor, i had recently consulted with you regarding pigmentation on my buttocks and you had advised treatment for fungus. During the past 3 weeks, i have followed the treatment you had advised. I think the rashes are now gone, but the pigmentation is still there. please advise. thanks,

Hi again and welcome to the forum

It is good to know that the fungal infection has healed now.
Any kind of skin infection tends to heal with either pigmentation or a loss of pigment .
So now we can start treatment for pigmented scars.
Start application of kojivit cream over the pigmented areas twice a day .
Take oral vitamin c tablet twice a day for a month .
Wear cotton undergarments to avoid further friction.
Continue the a one treatment fur atleast one month ,skin pigmentation will slowly decrease the revert to normal skin color .
