More potent creams like panderm plus will be helpful.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fungal (yeast) infection. You have used clotrimazole (candiderma) which won't be that effective. You need more potent antifungal agents like terbinafine.
So i would suggest creams like panderm plus which contains ofloxacin, ornidazole(antibacterials), terbinafine(antifungal) and clobetasol propionate (corticosteroid). Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. Instead you can use saline or warm water.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Yes, i got the picture.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
I have gone through the picture. It looks like yeast (fungal) infection. You can apply the antifungal antibacterial infection i have mentioned. If there is no improvement then a consultation with a dermatologist is well appreciated.
As you didn't had any unprotected sexual intercourse recently then there is no need to get tested for STDs.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
