Question : Hi doctor

Need advise on getting rid of pimples on face. My wife facing this problem from quite sometime now, we went to skin specialist and as per advise using the cream ahaglow it worked earlier but again the problem is repetiting..tried few home remedies but if no use. She recently stopped feeding our 17 months kid also. Please advise how can she can get rid off this permanently.Attached the photo for your refernce.please advise

I appreciate your concern for your wife.
I had gone through photographs you have uploaded and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

Pimples are developed due to blockage in duct draining the sebaceous glands with super added infection

I would advise her to take a course of antibiotics like doxycycline group of drugs with antiseptic or antibacterial ointment like clindamycin.

Ask her to wash her face with antiseptic soap or solution and maintain good hygiene.
She should take multivitamin supplements
