Question : Sperm is not present im my pre ejaculate. I'll upload a picture is this normal?

Not all men gave spermatozoa in pre ejaculation fluid

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Please bare in mind that not all men do have spermatozoa in their pre ejaculation fluid. If you did not have this time, perhaps in the next pre ejaculation, they can be found. So , try not to worry unnecessarily.

You can have a full ejaculation and evaluate the sperm then.

If still no spermatozoa, then can discuss further with gynecologist for further examinations and proper treatment.

I've done probably 50+ samples of pre ejaculate and not once seen sperm. However in actually semen theres to many to count as long as its normal I'm not worried

If after full ejaculation, you see spermatozoa, then, nothing to worry about. You are too young to start thinking about problems. Furthermore, in nowadays, there exist solution to every problem you might have. Do not worry unnecessarily and keep follow up with your gynecologist.
