Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation

i was facing the problem of premature ejaculation and also my penis is slightly becoming cross to left side while erection. Can you help with these two problems.
Mostly premature ejaculation is due to anxiety of performance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance or lack of sexual experience or increased excitation during for-play.
This is a very common problem and unfortunately, there’s no particular medication available for the same.
Here are some tips which will help you to improve your sexual life and will prevent premature ejaculation.
1. Half an hour of exercises like running, swimming, etc. Exercise will reduce your stress and improve your health.
Talking to your partner about your tensions can also calm you down and strengthens your relationship.
2. Quit smoking or other drug use. These can narrow blood vessels of penis and have been linked to premature ejaculation.
3. Sunlight exposure inhibits the body’s natural production of melatonin, a hormone that helps us to sleep and also reduces our sexual urges. Less melatonin means more sexual desire.
So have adequate sunlight exposure in daytime.
4. Paying attention to your partner’s desires and talking about this beforehand can make sex pleasurable for both of you.
5. Engaging more in foreplay can also help.
6. A behavioral technique such as,
I) Squeeze-pause technique,
II) Desensitizing creams,
III) Distraction techniques,
IV) SRRI (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors) are few common treatments useful in premature ejaculation.
But you will not need medications for it as far as I am thinking, follow above precautionary measures or tips from 1 to 5 which I told and you will see improvement.
In case, If problem persist even after that, you should take consultation with a sex therapist or psychologist, to be assessed properly.
Second problem:
It is absolutely normal for penis to deviate to either left or right during resting stage as well as erect stage.
You should not be worried about it unless you feel much discomfort or pain while having sex.
In case, you are very much concerned and having regular pain or other discomfort, you need to consult a General Surgeon for the same and get yourself examined.
Otherwise there is nothing to worry, as I said earlier it is common in most of the males to have penis diverted to one side.
Hope this detailed information will be helpful. Let me know if you have more doubts.
