Question : Hii,i have used decdan and practin 3-4 years ago...n puffiness on my face is reflecting..i have normal weight..but the face looks heavy..like bear..pls suggest..how to avoid it..any medicine..

decdan is the most potent corticosteroid. Chronic use of corticosteroids in high doses results in Cushing's syndrome. One of the most evident features of Cushing's syndrome is puffiness on the face. Unfortunately there is no drug to prevent it. The only potential solution is withdrawing the corticosteroid, but this is a decision for your doctor. Your doctor knows the reason you're taking decdan and your medical history and should decide whether decdan is absolutely needed or not.
