Brief Answer:
You need antibiotic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
There is obviously a local infection which is caused by cat scratching and this is commonly seen after such incidents. It should be treated with amoxicilin for 7-10 days and you should visit doctors since it may worsen if you ignore it. also, apply cold compresses, keep your hand elevated and keep these wounds clean.
WIsh you good health. Regards
