Question : Rash on head of penis? Jock itch in creases? Bump on shaft. Full body itching. No burning or itching down low. Just mild sensitive. Head been that 2 week

I am so sorry to hear about this rash and itches that you have reported. I have reviewed the attached images and all the information provided and have reasons to suspect that this could be caused by a fungal infection. I will suggest that you go ahead and try an anti fungal cream such as miconazole for 10days. This should help with the symptoms. I will only recommend further evaluation if this fails to significantly address this rash and pain. Also, keep the pubic area clean, dry and void of moistures so as to make it difficult for fungi to be able to multiple and cause further infection.
