Detailed Answer:
Hi
I checked the picture. It does not appear to be typical shingles?
Do you have pain?
Does it itch there?
Do you see fluid filled pustules there?
That area is generally wet because of sweat glands and is a good area for the fungus to grow. It may be candidal rash or intertrigo. You may need an antifungal along with steroid application.
My opinion follows thus:
gentle antiperspirant.
over the counter clotrimazole/miconazole cream (Lamisil or Micatin) over the rash along with steroid cream for 1 month.
A dry cloth to keep the area dry every time.
Hope this helps further.

it does not itch at all thanks x
Brief Answer:
Unlikely shingles
Detailed Answer:
Please do as I said in my previous reply, it does not say to be shingles. So do not worry now and most women have this rash under the breasts. Keep it dry and do not wear bra at nights to keep it aerated.
