Question : I have several red bumps appearing across the bridge of my nose. They are flat and do not look like pimples or boils. I have never had psoriasis and have always had healthy and clear looking skin. I have been under a huge amount of stress over the past 3 months. I'm having to move and get a new car. The company I worked for closed down in July. I'm also an unrepaid identity theft victim.

I have seen the attached photograph though it is not very clear. I am unable to see the red bumps. I would recommend you to upload a clearer picture of the nose for a better diagnosis of the condition.
I would also like to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of these bumps?
Any history of itching or burning over the lesions?
Are these lesions spreading?
Is there any history of medicine intake for some other ailment?
