Question : Yes, please! I have a red spot on my breast which is about the size of a quarter. It is to left of my nipple on my left breast. It feels slightly swollen underneath the red spot. I noticed it first because it itched. I itched there and notice the red spot the next day. I thought maybe a bug bite? I have been putting Neosporin on it, but it hasn't gone away. Have had it about a week now. It does not hurt. I am 64 years old, so not nursing! LOL.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
Such a history can be due to a number of disorders. Breast eczema, atopic dermatitis , pagets disease etc.
Initially I would advise you to apply hydrocortisone cream and take tab levocetirizine ( antihistamine ). If the symptoms subside and the spot disappears then it was just an allergic response most probably and you need not worry that much.
However if the spot persists or increases in size, then please consult a surgeon specializing in breast surgery to examine both breasts and advise mammograms and biopsy for the lesion.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
thanks
