Suggest Remedy For Red, Swollen And Painful Penis

Question: I have a swollen, red painful penis, I am not circumcised when I pull back the foreskin it is quite painful and I have been dealing with this problem for about 3 weeks. Can this be caused by medication, I have been taking cyclobenzaprine for the past year on a daily basis take 10mg.
