The cause of regular head ache may be many like variations in sugar levels, anaemia, refraction problem of eyes and even other systemic causes. So get checked for your sugar status, refraction test and complete hemogram once to rule out the above said common causes. If they are normal the we can check for other causes or to ruleout causes like migraine.
