Brief Answer:
Severe iron deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
What is more important at the moment is correction of severe Iron deficiency. I highly recommend you to receive Inj Encicarb 500 vials IV, it has to be given very slowly.
I have not administered IV Vit D in any of my patients who are on dialysis. I Give D-Rise 60,000 units once a week with milk for weeks and also Tab Laretol 0.25 once a day as maintenance. IV Vit D stands high risk of hypercalcemia.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

Your vitamin d level is certainly low, I am sure it will improve if you follow the treatment line I have suggested. Low vitamin d is known to cause the following issues
1. generalised body ache and myalgia
2. Accelrated atherosclerosis
3. more risk for fractures
4. Easy fatigue
5. there are some studies which quotes low vitamin d is associated with endocrine issues like diabetes and thyroid disorder
