Suggest Remedy For Severe Acid Reflux

Question: i am suffering from severe acidity problem from past 1.5 years and i have also gained some weight. what can be possible natural remedies? also there are some abdominal sounds when i am hungry

I have gone through your query.
I think you might be having gastroesophageal reflux disease.
I would suggest you to avoid spicy and oily food for at least 15 days. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat bland and high fibres diet.
I would suggest you to do regular exercise, eat small frequent meals rather than heavy meal. Walk for 10 to 15 min post meal. Do not lie down immediately after meal.

I would have prescribed you capsule omez 20 mg daily before breakfast, empty stomach for 15 days and then would have asked you to visit after 15 days for evaluation.

I have been taking cyra-d, ulgel but they have temporary effect of 1-2 hours. I took aloe vera juice and it's effect lasted for about 8 hours. What to do?
