I have taken the pregnancy test using pregtest card. I have seen that the lines are prior than the indicated positions. What does it mean

If the two lines are visible and these are equally dark then the test is positive. The lines being slightly prior to the area indicated does not matter. This can be due to a manufacturing defect.

I had a missed abortion on july. Now again I am pregnant. I have severe lower back pain and feeling like stomach full of gas. Because of this i am afraid. Please give me your suggestions

The back pain can be a muscular pain. The stomach full of gas can be associated with constipation or gastritis. You can take a laxative and few drops of peppermint juice to have relief.
