Question : I have a strong backpain from yesterday and don't know the reason. Plz suggest me to overcome it.

Hello,

Rest on a firm mattress for 24 hours and not more than that.
You can apply VOLINI gel and take hot shower bath
You can take Tablet HIFENAC P thrice for one day

You should be alright in a day with the above measures. Please do not lift weight or sit for long time.
